Bubble waffles, also known as "Hong Kong Egg Waffles", are a popular street food speciality originating from Hong Kong. Known for their unique bubble-shaped texture, these waffles have become increasingly popular across Europe.

This professional bubble waffle mix has been specially developed for use in a bubble waffle maker, ensuring evenly cooked, perfectly golden waffles in just 3 minutes.

Simply add water, mix briefly until smooth, and you're ready to start baking delicious bubble waffles!

YIELD

1 kg of bubble waffle mix makes approximately 11 bubble waffles.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of waffle mix + 750 ml of water.

Baking time: Approximately 3 minutes at 220°C.

1. Pour the waffle mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add the water while mixing until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately. No resting time is required.

4. Preheat the bubble waffle maker to 220°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with cooking spray.

5. Pour the batter onto the bottom cooking plate until the entire surface is covered.

6. Close the waffle maker and immediately flip it over to distribute the batter evenly.

7. Bake for approximately 3 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and fully cooked.
