

Delicious professional ready-made bubble waffle mix for baking bubble waffles. All you have to do is add water to this bubble waffle mix, mix briefly and you can start baking right away!
The bubble waffle is a food craze from China where this waffle became known as the 'Hong Kong Egg Waffle'. Here in Europe it is called the bubblewaffle. This ready-to-use mix has been specially developed for use with a bubble waffle iron so that all balls bake well in 3 minutes. All you have to do is add water to this professional mix, mix briefly and you can start baking right away!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 kg mix + 750 ml water and bake for ± 3 minutes at 220°C. Place the mixture in a mixing bowl or food processor, gradually add the water and mix until smooth. The batter can be processed immediately. Open the waffle iron and spray both baking trays with baking spray. Fill the bottom baking tray with batter and as soon as it is completely covered, close the iron and turn it upside down immediately. Bake the waffle until done and golden brown.
YIELD
You can bake approx. 11 bubble waffles with 1kg of bubble waffle mix.
