Company Name & VAT Number
To maintain accurate VAT records for our business orders, it is important that we have your company name and the corresponding VAT number.
Telephone Number(s)
Occasionally, certain details of your order may be unclear or incorrect. In such cases, we may need to contact you by telephone. Your telephone number will therefore NOT be used for marketing purposes!
Email Address
We use your email address exclusively to keep you informed about your order or to respond to your questions and/or comments. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive it at the email address you provided. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any newsletter. We will never send you unsolicited promotional offers and/or newsletters!
Payment Information
For online payments, we use external Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including PayPal and Mollie Payments. Once you select your preferred online payment method, you will be redirected directly to the secure payment environment of the relevant PSP. Your payment is therefore processed on the secure servers of that provider. We do NOT store any credit card details or other payment information in our system. We only receive a transaction reference and a payment status update from the PSP. This information allows us to verify in our system whether your payment has been successfully completed.
IP Address
Unfortunately, not everyone on the internet acts in good faith. For this reason, our system records your IP address and the times of your visits so that we can better detect, investigate and prevent potential fraud.
Order History
As an online retailer, we are legally required by the tax authorities to maintain and retain certain administrative records. This means that we must keep information relating to orders. An additional benefit is that you can always review your previous orders at a later date.

Reviews
You can help other customers by leaving a review. By sharing your experiences, you give others an even better understanding of a product or service. Information relating to your reviews is stored in our system and displayed on our website.
Fraud Prevention
Unfortunately, in certain exceptional cases, we may need to use customer information to investigate, prevent and combat suspected fraud. If fraudulent activities are clearly established, we may be required to provide the relevant information to the appropriate government authorities.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor how and when visitors use our online store. IP addresses are anonymised during this process. The retention period for user and event data in Google Analytics is 26 months from the visitor's last activity.
