Delivery to address or pickup point!
The delivery service aims to offer packages at least once to the customer, but unfortunately, delivery to the specified address is not guaranteed! Packages may be forwarded directly to a pickup point. We have no influence on this.
NOTE! You must keep track of where and when your shipment is delivered! If delivered to a pickup point, it is your own responsibility to collect the package in time!

Additionally, due to peak times in the warehouse, order processing may be postponed to the next business day. We advise you to place your orders in time and not to wait until the last moment.
Package(s) not collected on time, refused, or returned?
If one or more packages are returned because they were not collected on time at the pickup point, were refused by the recipient, or due to incorrect addressing, the shipping service will charge us for the return costs. Therefore, we are forced to pass these costs on to you. The return costs are equal to the calculated shipping costs.
