The bubble waffle, also known as the Hong Kong Egg Waffle, is a popular waffle speciality originating from Hong Kong that is becoming increasingly popular across Europe. It is known for its unique shape, featuring small, soft and fluffy bubbles.
This professional bubble waffle mix has been specially developed for use in a bubble waffle maker, ensuring evenly cooked, perfectly golden waffles in just 3 minutes.
Simply add water, mix briefly until you have a smooth batter, and you're ready to start baking straight away!
YIELD
With 1 kg of mix, you can make approximately 11 bubble waffles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mixing ratio: 1 kg of mix + 750 ml of water.
Baking time: approximately 3 minutes at 220°C.
Pour the mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.
Gradually add the water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.
The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required.
Preheat the bubble waffle maker to 220°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.
Pour the batter onto the bottom plate until the entire surface is covered.
Close the waffle maker and immediately turn it upside down to distribute the batter evenly.
Bake for approximately 3 minutes until the waffle is perfectly cooked and golden brown.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
