Our professional PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix is ideal for making both traditional rectangular waffles and waffle pops. The waffles have a wonderfully soft, cake-like texture and a rich, irresistible vanilla flavour. They are perfect for serving freshly baked, but can also be baked in advance and packaged for enjoyment later.

This convenient professional pack contains 10 individually packed 1 kg bags, making it ideal for busy cafés, restaurants, catering businesses and events. The individual bags allow you to prepare exactly the quantity you need, without unnecessary weighing or the hassle of working with large, opened bulk bags. This keeps unused mix securely packaged and helps reduce leftover batter at the end of the day.

With one 1 kg bag of PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix, you can make approximately:

• 10 traditional rectangular waffles, or

• 20 waffle pops.

The complete 10 × 1 kg pack therefore yields approximately:

• 100 traditional rectangular waffles, or

• 200 waffle pops.

Actual yield depends on waffle size and the type of waffle iron used.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

TRADITIONAL RECTANGULAR WAFFLES

Mixing ratio: One 1 kg bag of waffle mix + 500 ml of water.

Cooking time: Approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Open one 1 kg bag of PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix and pour the contents into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add 500 ml of water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required.

4. Preheat the waffle iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Spread the batter evenly over the bottom cooking plate.

6. Close the waffle iron immediately after adding the batter.

7. Cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffles are golden brown and fully cooked.

WAFFLE POPS

Mixing ratio: One 1 kg bag of waffle mix + 600 ml of water.

Cooking time: Approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Open one 1 kg bag of PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix and pour the contents into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add 600 ml of water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required. Transfer it to a large squeeze bottle and keep the waffle sticks within easy reach.

4. Preheat the waffle pop iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Fill the moulds on the bottom cooking plate evenly with batter using the squeeze bottle.

6. Immediately place the sticks into the designated slots and rotate them half a turn to ensure they are properly coated with batter.

7. Close the waffle iron immediately and cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffle pops are golden brown and fully cooked.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed package. Once prepared, the batter can be stored covered in the refrigerator for approximately 2 to 3 days.
