We will keep our trusted 'Waffle Mix - Vanilla Flavour' in the range, but under the name 'CLASSIC Waffle Mix - Vanilla Flavour'. However, this will only be available in the 10kg bag.
Our Premium Vanilla waffle mix is a ready-to-use mix and has been specially developed for efficient catering professionals who want to bake the tastiest waffles. This complete mix is characterised by its cake-like structure with a magically delicious vanilla flavour and is suitable for both normal rectangular waffles and lollipop waffles. All you need to do is add water to this waffle mix, mix briefly and you can start baking right away! The waffles are delicious to eat right away but also very suitable for pre-baking and/or packaging to enjoy at a later time. The packaging in handy 1 kilo bags means you don't have to worry about weighing and working with large open bags. This way you always work with fresh ingredients and you will never have an unnecessary amount of batter left at the end of the day.
YIELD
With 1 kg of mix, depending on the size, you can bake approx. 10 normal rectangular waffles or 20 lollipop waffles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Waffles: Mix 1kg mix + 500ml water. Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature. Spray both baking plates with baking spray and fill the bottom baking plate with the batter. Close the waffle iron immediately and bake the waffles for approx. 2.5 minutes until golden brown at 190°C.
Lolly waffles: Mix 1kg mix + 600ml water. Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature. Place the sticks within reach. Spray both baking plates with baking spray and fill the molds of the lower baking plate with batter using a large squeeze bottle. Place the sticks directly in the recesses of the lower baking plate and turn the sticks half a turn so that they are properly in the batter. Close the waffle iron immediately and bake the lollipop waffles for approx. 2.5 minutes until golden brown at 190°C.
