Our professional PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix is suitable for both traditional rectangular waffles and waffle pops. The waffles are wonderfully soft, with a rich and irresistible vanilla flavour. They are perfect for serving freshly baked, but can also be baked in advance and packaged for enjoyment later. Thanks to the convenient 1 kg bag, you can easily prepare just the quantity you need, without unnecessary weighing or dealing with large opened bags.

Simply add water, mix briefly until you have a smooth batter, and you're ready to start baking delicious, golden vanilla waffles straight away!

YIELD

With 1 kg of PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix, you can make approximately 10 traditional rectangular waffles or 20 waffle pops, depending on their size and the type of waffle iron used.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

TRADITIONAL RECTANGULAR WAFFLES

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of waffle mix + 500 ml of water.

Cooking time: approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Pour the PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add the water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required.

4. Preheat the waffle iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Spread the batter evenly over the bottom cooking plate.

6. Close the waffle iron immediately after adding the batter.

7. Cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffles are golden brown and fully cooked.

WAFFLE POPS

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of waffle mix + 600 ml of water.

Cooking time: approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Pour the PREMIUM Vanilla Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add the water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately. Transfer it to a large squeeze bottle and keep the waffle sticks within easy reach.

4. Preheat the waffle pop iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Fill the moulds on the bottom cooking plate evenly with batter using the squeeze bottle.

6. Immediately place the sticks into the designated slots and rotate them half a turn to ensure they are properly coated with batter.

7. Close the waffle iron immediately and cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffle pops are golden brown and fully cooked.
