Our professional PREMIUM Lolly Waffle Mix is ideal for making waffle pops and is also perfectly suited to traditional rectangular waffles. The waffles have a beautifully soft texture and a rich, delicious vanilla flavour. They are perfect for serving freshly baked, but can also be baked in advance and packaged for enjoyment later.

Thanks to the convenient 1 kg bag, you can easily prepare the quantity you need without unnecessary weighing or having to work with large, opened bags. This helps you work efficiently, keep your ingredients fresh and minimise leftover batter at the end of the day.

Simply add water, mix briefly until smooth, and you're ready to start baking delicious vanilla waffle pops straight away!

YIELD

With 1 kg of PREMIUM Lolly Waffle Mix, you can make approximately:

• 20 lolly waffles (waffle pops), or

• 10 traditional rectangular waffles.

Actual yield depends on waffle size and the type of waffle iron used.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

LOLLY WAFFLES (WAFFLE POPS)

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of waffle mix + 600 ml of water.

Cooking time: approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Pour 1 kg of PREMIUM Lolly Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add 600 ml of water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required. Transfer it to a large squeeze bottle and keep the waffle sticks within easy reach.

4. Preheat the waffle pop iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Fill the moulds on the bottom cooking plate evenly with batter using the squeeze bottle.

6. Immediately place the sticks into the designated slots and rotate them half a turn to ensure they are properly coated with batter.

7. Close the waffle iron immediately and cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffle pops are golden brown and fully cooked.

TRADITIONAL RECTANGULAR WAFFLES

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of waffle mix + 500 ml of water.

Cooking time: approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 190°C.

1. Pour 1 kg of PREMIUM Lolly Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Gradually add 500 ml of water while mixing until you have a smooth, even batter.

3. The batter is ready to use immediately, with no resting time required.

4. Preheat the waffle iron to 190°C and lightly grease both cooking plates with non-stick baking spray.

5. Spread the batter evenly over the bottom cooking plate.

6. Close the waffle iron immediately after adding the batter.

7. Cook for approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds, until the waffles are golden brown and fully cooked.
