YIELD

With this multipack, you can make approximately:

• Per 1 kg bag: 30 American pancakes with a diameter of 12 cm.

• Per complete 10 × 1 kg pack: 300 American pancakes with a diameter of 12 cm.

Actual yield depends on the amount of batter used per pancake and the desired thickness.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Mixing ratio: 1 kg of American Pancake Mix + 1.2 litres of water.

Cooking temperature: Medium heat.

1. Open one 1 kg bag and place the American Pancake Mix into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Add 1.2 litres of water.

3. Mix until you have a smooth, even batter without lumps.

4. Preheat a frying pan or suitable cooking griddle over a medium heat.

5. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan to form a round pancake approximately 12 cm in diameter.

6. Cook until the underside is golden brown and the top is sufficiently set to turn.

7. Carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.

For the best serving experience, enjoy the pancakes freshly cooked, stacked and finished with your favourite toppings.
