Because these skewers are made of extra thick 4mm bamboo, they are more heat resistant than normal 3mm skewers and are therefore ideal for use for vegetable, fish and meat skewers on the BBQ or grill. Tip: always soak the skewers in water for a while before use; This means they will burn less quickly.
