The Chocuise Souplesse chocolate glaze is a professional flexible glaze coating, also called fondant, with chocolate flavor based on milk chocolate for decorating and/or covering waffles, pastries and donuts.
Heat thefondant chocolate icing to a temperature of approx. 50°C. Depending on the desired layer thickness, process at a temperature of 25-35°C. Cool the product after covering/decorating.
