Our chocolate waffle mix is a ready-made waffle mix with the enchanting taste of milk chocolate and is suitable for all types of waffles, including lolly waffles and Bubble waffles. The chocolate waffles are delicious to consume immediately, but also very suitable for pre-baking and/or packaging to enjoy at a later time.
YIELD
With 1 kg of mix you can bake approx. 10-15 waffles, 25 Lolly waffles or 11 Bubble waffles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 kg mix + 750 ml water and bake for ± 3 minutes at 180°C. Put the waffle mix in a mixing bowl or food processor, gradually add the water and mix everything into a smooth batter. The batter can be processed immediately.
Waffles - Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature. Spray both baking plates with baking spray and fill the bottom baking plate with the batter. Close the waffle iron immediately and bake the waffles for approx. 3 minutes at 180°C.
Lolly waffles - Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature. Place the sticks within reach. Spray both baking plates with baking spray and fill the molds of the bottom baking plate with batter using a large squeeze bottle. Place the sticks directly in the recesses of the bottom baking plate and turn the sticks half a turn so that they are properly in the batter. Close the waffle iron immediately and bake the lolly waffles for approx. 3 minutes at 180°C.
Bubble waffles - Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature. Open the waffle iron and spray both baking plates with baking spray. Fill the bottom baking plate with batter and as soon as it is completely covered, close the iron and turn it upside down immediately. Bake the bubble waffle for approx. 3 minutes at 180°C.
