YIELD
You can bake 30 stroopwaffles with a diameter of Ø8.5cm with 1kg mix.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 kg mix + 200 ml water. Make dough balls of 40gr. and bake them for ± 1 min. at 210°C. Cut out a round shape and split the waffle with a knife. Spread syrup over one side and place the other side on top.

Zeer lekker samengesteld, niet te zoet. Het was wel een beetje uitzoeken met welke klopper te mixen, maar eigenlijk was het poepsimpel.
De eerste wafels zijn door de buren meer dan unaniem goedgekeurd (we hebben als Belgen er eigen honing tussen gesmeerd). Ook het opensnijden was een makkie! Dus: topproduct!
