YIELD
With 1 kg of mix you can bake up to approx. 25 crepes of Ø30cm.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 kg mix + 1.6 ltr. water into a smooth batter. Heat the baking plate to ± 200°C. Grease the baking plate and pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the plate and spread the batter with a rotating movement from the inside out using a crepe divider. Turn the crepe with a long flat spatula once the top has solidified and the bottom is golden brown. Bake both sides until golden brown.
