The Liège waffle, also called sugar waffle, is a true delicacy from the Belgian city of 'Liège' and is recognizable by its round shape and large sugar pearls, which is why it is called 'sugar waffle'. The large P4 sugar pearls are already included in the ready-to-use mix, so you only need to add water.
YIELD
You can bake 14 sugar waffles of ± 90 grams with 1kg of mix.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 kg mix + 250 ml water at low speed with dough hooks until you get a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 min. Make dough balls and bake them for ± 2.5 min. at 170°C until golden brown.
